The Ladder
The Ladder is a Wild two to four cells tall that lands on reels 2 to 5 and climbs until it is fully on screen. Every step adds 1 to its reel multiplier, up to x25, and Ladders on the same spin multiply together.

What makes it hit
02
Perk Wild
The Perk Wild is a single-cell Wild for reels 2 to 5. It carries its own x1 to x5 multiplier on its cell.
Desk Share
One desk, two to four people. A Desk Share cell shows two, three or four copies of one paying symbol and counts as all of them.
Open Plan Spins
3 EXIT signs start 10 free spins where RAISE adds 1 to the round multiplier, WRITE-UP takes 1 off and OVERTIME adds a spin. The multiplier pays once, on everything the round won.
05
Corner Office Spins
4 or more EXIT signs start 12 free spins where each PROMOTED tile is worth more than the last, adding 1, then 2, then 4, then 8. A CRASH tile quarters the next promotion but never takes away a win.
